Here at Aeternal Designs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligability
You may request a return or exchange of your purchased item if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The request for a return or exchange is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item is not listed under our non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at aeternaldesigns@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, including a copy of your original receipt and the RMA number provided.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or resolve the issue promptly.
